DAY 102 - The importance of fasting and prayers

While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” So after they had fasted and prayed, they placed their hands on them and sent them off. Acts 13: 2- 3

Jesus leads me to think of only two words today: fasting and prayers. He reminds me of how I have been taught and exercised the power of fasting and prayers and how most Christians know but do not exercise! Many people have not heard from the Holy Spirit. This may be the reason that they do not exercise fasting and prayers!

Do you know there are many slots still not being filled up in our 2nd phase 100 days/24 hours Prayer Campaign? Can you help to fill that up so that we can pray like never before? And perhaps you need to fast at least one meal a week to pray for ACiC/AI.

We are going to start our 2nd phase of 100 days of prayer today. I am calling you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ to fill in your names in the new list below. Many wonderful things have happened in the past 100 days. Can we follow our King, our Shepherd, our Lord Jesus Christ to use an hour’s time to pray for His protection and blessings to my new ministry as the Bishop of ACiC/AI, all our ACiC/AI clergy, leaders and people? Pray that in the Holy and Mighty Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, we can win over Satan's tricks, in order to strengthen our brothers and sisters so that His Kingdom will be extended.
