Please click the links below to Psalm 144:
Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
who trains my hands for war,
my fingers for battle.
He is my loving God and my fortress,
my stronghold and my deliverer,
my shield, in whom I take refuge,
who subdues peoples under me.

Psalm 144: 1-2

What I received from Jesus today is: Thank you Jesus! Thank you Chuck!

Today Jesus reminded me of how He teaches me to fight spiritual warfare. Especially how AMiAs is being under attacked the past three months. It's the biggest spiritual warfare I have ever seen since I was ordained 24 years ago!

I have learned so much about leadership the past three months through our leader, Bishop Chuck Murphy, and my six brother bishops. You'll never know how good and a warrior a general is until a real big war comes. I have seen so wonderfully how Chuck and other AMiAs bishops have been faithfully and patiently used by God to train and teach all of us what a spiritual battle is and how to fight it. The main task of Satan to launch a spiritual warfare against Christians and Christian leaders is to pull one word away - TRUST. When that word "trust" is being pulled away then a leader can not be a leader anymore for there is no one to follow! The Winter Conference last week showed the result and fruit of the superb leadership of Bishop Chuck Murphy, Bishop TJ Johnston, Bishop Sandy Greene, Bishop John Miller, Bishop Philip Jones, Bishop Todd Hunter and Bishop Doc Loomis of their integrity, faithfulness, patience, leadership and unity. I am so proud to be one of them to show the leadership God anointed all of us in this critical time. Just as the psalmist says in this chapter God's servants are always being attacked by "mouths full of lies and with deceitful hands, breaching our walls to destroy us trying to capture us into captivity."

Praise to the Lord that those people will never succeed because God is our mighty fortress, our stronghold, our deliverer and our shield! I give thanks to the Lord today as He reminded me of how blessed we are with bishops like Chuck, TJ, Sandy, John, Philip, Todd and Doc! And thanks to the courageous full support of our three retired Primates, Archbishop Emmanuel Kolini, Archbishop Moses Tay and Archbishop Yong Ping Chung!

Thank you Jesus! Thank you Chuck! Thank you TJ, Sandy, John, Philip, Todd and Doc!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for loving us, protecting us and saving us. Thank you for giving us leaders to follow and that through their faithfulness to you we learn what integrity and leadership is and that we can follow their good example to extend your mighty Kingdom. Help us to be a faithful leader too. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
