"Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything." Genesis 9: 3
I heard a 'big, big' voice from God today. What I received from Him is His promise to give us everything. Then I asked how long it has been since we as human beings could not have everything as He promised. He said, "Since you do not fulfill the most simple contract with me and broke the contract ."
"What? What kind of contract?" "Count how many time the word "covenant" appears in Genesis 9?" I said, "8". Then He said, "I have a covenant with all of you that "never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth (Genesis 9:11). And you are also in a covenanted relationship with me since creation regarding how much I love you and created you to live out a simple covenanted relationship with me:
One purpose: In my image and likeness (Christlikeness)
3. Increase in number
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to live a life of Christlikeness and to multiply, be fruitful and increase in number for your name's sake. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
We have a good news for Michelle's condition. The doctor told Michelle yesterday that she can have the bone marrow test she has been waiting for the past two week on next Tuesday and then they can decide when she can start her second chemo. Instead of going to the hospital every two days which should be this Sunday, she does not have to go back to VGH until Tuesday. We see this as a very good sign. Please pray that Michelle will have less pain during this most painful bone marrow test!
