The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week then prayerfully remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Today's Reading: Ecclesiastes 1

Please read Ecclesiastes 1 and listen to what the Lord Jesus Christ would like to tell you before reading my Spiritual Journal below. Please click the links below to Ecclesiastes 1:
"I devoted myself to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under heaven.
What a heavy burden God has laid on men!
I have seen all the things that are done under the sun;
all of them are meaningless, a chasing after the wind."

Ecclesiastes 1: 13-14

What I received from Jesus today is: Not lacking anything, but having nothing!

The last chapter of Proverbs talks about how poor Solomon stepped into the same trap the Deceiver sets for all men - women!

This chapter Solomon started another book - Ecclesiastes. And, he talked about how he did not lack anything but had nothing! Poor Solomon!

Can you feel King Solomon's pride and vanity! He tried everything a human being can tell and he did not lack anything but everything to him was meaningless and like a chasing after the wind. What was he chasing about?

What are you chasing about? If King Solomon could not chase anything, do you think you can?
Do you know God is chasing you like a lover chasing his beloved?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to examine ourselves through this chapter and lead us out of those temptations King Solomon stepped into. Help us not to chase after the wind and meaningless things but to do you Kingdom work honoring your mighty Name. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
