Please click the links below to Psalm 38:
My wounds fester and are loathsome because of my sinful folly.
Psalm 38: 5
What I received from Jesus today is: Forgive my foolishness!
This psalm is a desperate cry for God to remove His punishment and severe discipline for David's foolish act of sin. You can feel a strong sense of fear and pain in the whole psalm. And yet David knew everything happen like this is because of his foolishness. If similar situation happens to you, do you think you would know that it is all because of your foolishness?
Dear Lord Jesus,
Reveal our foolishness before we act like a fool to keep on sinning. Help us to repent and return to you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
