The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,100 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,100 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Bible Study
Joel gave a severe warning to God's people using "blow the trumpet" to show that God's judgment was approaching fast. The only way to get away from that fearful judgment was to repent and by true fasting and changing of hearts returning to God.
Fasting is the way, the key to true repentance and changing of life that God would show mercy. And, God expects priests and leaders to intercede, asking God to spare his people from physical and spiritual tragedy. God wants spiritual leaders to pray constantly and intensely for the outpouring of God's favor and Spirit upon the people.(vv. 18-29) Only then will the people experience spiritual revival, restoration and renewal in their love for God.
Verses 28 to 29 is the most famous verses in this book because Peter quoted this passage on the day of Pentecost explaining that the outpouring of the Spirit on that day was the beginning of the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy (Acts 2: 14-21). The Spirit's life-transforming work also would expand beyond the Jews so that the "all" and "everyone" (v.32) would include "all who are far off" (Acts 2: 39), referring to the Gentiles.
The full realization of this outpouring of the Spirit and the offer of spiritual salvation to all people will someday be followed by the cosmic signs of the end times and the "day of the Lord". At that time, God's enemies will experience his wrath. Looking at conditions in the world today in the light of Biblical prophecy, it would appear that the time for these future events is very near!
My Spiritual Journal
What I got from Jesus today is: Repentance, praying and fasting is the key!
What I received from Jesus yesterday was "Holy fasting is the key" and today is "Repentance, praying and fasting is the key". All you read this chapter carefully many times you will find out just as what verse 11 says, "The day of the Lord is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?"
Yes, indeed if the end time comes we have no way to escape. What can we do?
The only thing and the most important things for us to do are three things:
1. Repentance: repent and return to the Lord and into God's Kingdom each day in case you are not because of your sin.
2. Praying: You need to pray as never before and to join the brothers and sisters of your church to pray. If your church has a regular weekly prayer meeting you "MUST" go! If you church does not have a regular weekly prayer meeting you need to do something for this to happen.
3. Fasting: If you have never fast before, now is the time for you to start. Regular fasting is perhaps the best way to have a spiritual renewal and for people to experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
Repentance, praying and fasting is the key!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to know that repentance, praying and fasting is the key. Lead us to do it and not just to know it. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
