Please click the links below to Job 1 :

"Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan replied. "Have you not put a hedge around hi and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land. But stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face." Job 1: 9-11

What I heard from Jesus today is a very frightening question: If you lose everything, do you still love me?

What is your answer?

The book of Job is to challenge your relationship with Jesus. What if you really lose everything like Job and do you still love Jesus. It is easy to say NO just like Peter did but it would be very difficult when suffering and destruction surrounding you.

Michelle and I are having a very joyful week to celebrate our 26th Wedding Anniversary with our family in Hong Kong. But last April when Michelle knew that she got leukemia in just a few minutes time in her family doctor's office it was like the end of the world. That was the time of a Job's Challenge for us! Well, praise the Lord that we are more closer to Jesus after this challenge!

No body wants to have a Job's challenge but anyway it will come one day. When that day comes do you still have an intimate personal relationship with Jesus?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Prepares us daily to face a Job's challenge and help us to love you no matter what happen. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.
