In his time of trouble King Ahaz beame even more unfaithful to the Lord. He offered sacrifices to the gods of Damascus, who had defeated him; for he thought, "Since the gods of the kings of Aram have helped them, I will sacrifice to them so they will help me." But they were his downfall and the downfall of all Israel.

What I received from Jesus today is: Troubled and chickened!
What would you fell when you are troubled?
Would you like what King Ahaz did more troubled more chickened and even worshipped other gods? What a shame of Ahaz!
I know many Christians when facing crisis and being troubled always becoming more faithful and closer to God. I also know many Christians when facing crisis and being troubled would become chickened, then unfaithful and away from God.
What kind of Christian you are?
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be faithful to you in all circumstances. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
