Please click the links below to 2 Chronicles 2:

Solomon sent this message to Hiram king of Tyre: "Send me cedar logs as you did for my father David when you sent him cedar to build a palace to live in."
2
Chronicles 2: 3

What I got from Jesus today is: Wisdom of who to ask.

When God appoints someone to do His work it is often not easy to do because it is always God-size. So, we need wisdom from God to do God-size work. We learn from this chapter that Solomon knew who to ask and the courage to ask. Do you?

Also, if you were king Hiram, what could your response be? Do you say NO or YES? Would you do more than a YES but like king Hiram providing David not only with resources but a gifted helper as well.

What have you heard from Jesus today?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be able to able to follow Solomon and king Hiram's examples to extend your mighty Kingdom. In Jesus name we pray . Amen.
