If you would like to learn a simple and good way of Daily Devotion method please read my “Count Down 5” from this blog. You may click this link directly for the method: Subject Shifting Devotion.pdf. "Now, my God, may your eyes be open and your ears attentive to the prayers offered in this place. Now arise, O Lord God, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might."
2
Chronicles 6: 40-41

What I received from Jesus is: Let God Arise!

This is the title of one of the most powerful songs I heard and I choose this song quite often in this blog and so as yesterday and today. Why God wants us to let Him arise? Impossible? He is God, He does need us to let Him arise, right? No!

If you follow these two days reading on 2 Chronicles and tomorrow you'll know God need our 100% in a whole nation so that He can rise to the highest for all to worship Him!

He does not need to have a "resting place" on earth but it is us that we need to have a "resting place" in God's temple to experience His power and mighty. Have you been to a hugh size cathedral before? If you have then you know what I mean. Wow! How can this be? How much money and human effort spent in this Cathedral? Wow! God is great! But, there aren't many people in quite a number of cathedrals to worship God weekly because when people lose the daily intimate personal relationship with God then big churches turn to just a big building and people don't know might be God has left those buildings!!! The pictures above were from Cathedral of the Holy Family in Barcelona, Spain(Sagrada Familia), Canterbury Cathedral , Wesminster Abbey London, St. Peter's Rome. See how magnificent they are!

So, let's offer all we have to "let God arise" just like what David and Solomon did to fill our churches with faithful disciples of Christ and Spirit-filled worship weekly and even daily!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to let you rise and be our Lord, Savior and King. In Jesus name we pray . Amen.
