What I received from Jesus today is: Be strong and don't give up!
Doing God's work is never easy! See how even a king was about to give up if not having prophet Azariah's prophecy and encouragement. If it were you, would you take Azariah's words seriously?
This chapter shows in a good way how God used His servant to bring encouragement and the fruit of encouragement. And, how we need to not giving up but to be strong to remove all those things "detestable" in our lives so that we will enjoy peace and His protection and blessings.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be strong and not to give up. In Jesus name we pray . Amen.
