Please click the links below to 2 Chronicles 19:

"Should you help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord? Because of this, the wrath of the Lord is upon you. There is , however, some good in you, for you have rid the land of the Asherah poles and have set your heart on seeking God."
2 Chronicles 19: 2-3

Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. Psalm 1: 1

"Deal courageously, and may the Lord be with the upright!" 2 Chronicles 19:11

What I received from Jesus today is: Jehoshaphat got it, do you?

Jesus reminded me that what Jehoshaphat did was the opposite of Psalm 1:1. Lots of time we do not think it is a big deal to help the wicked and love those who hate the Lord. How could a good king have worked with the worst king?!

Because of that Jehoshaphat should have the same fate of king Ahab but God gave him a second chance. And, he took that chance and turned back to the path of righteousness. How about you?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to get the lesson king Jehoshaphat got and always have the courage to do righteous things and be with righteous people. In Jesus name we pray . Amen.
