The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week then prayerfully remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Bible Study

This chapter is somewhat like the third part of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings - Return of the King. The whole chapter is in three parts:

1. A king will reign in righteousness (vv. 1-8)
It's about the coming of Jesus as a king and His worldwide reign characterized by all people living in righteousness - a lifestyle of Christlikeness.

2. Women who are so complacent (vv. 9-14)
The women in Jerusalem were complacent about their ungodly lifestyles, even their sin was destroying their families and their nation. They should be mourning for their sins until God sent His Holy Spirit to renewed them.

3. Till the Holy Spirit is poured upon them (vv. 15-20)
Isaiah's prophecy now is pointing to the return of Jesus as the King at the end of history. The Messianic kingdom age or what we called Christ's millennial reign. The Holy Spirit will pour out on God's people and their descendants. When that happens, we'll experience "peace", "quietness", "confidence", "peaceful dwelling places, "secure homes", "undisturbed places of rest". Wow! Is that what we long for?!

Let's wait with expectation for the return of the King, our Lord Jesus Christ and at the same time live out a lifestyle of Christlikeness. In this age, so many people are so complacent who live just the opposite way of what Christlikeness means. We need to outpouring of the Holy Spirit to fill us each day that we can be able to be as close to Jesus as possible each day and that we can be filled by the Holy Spirit.

Till the Spirit is poured upon us from on high,
and the desert becomes a fertile field,
and the fertile field seems like a forest.
Justice will dwell in the desert and righteousness live in the fertile field.
The fruit of righteousness will be peace;
the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever.
My people will live in peaceful dwelling places,
in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.
Isaiah 32: 15-18

My Spiritual Journal

What I received from Jesus today is: Return of the King!

What Jesus told me is that when the king returns, everything change! Jesus is is our Lord and King! Don't be so complacent that you do not need the King to lead you and that you do not long for His return as in the end of history.

We desperately need the coming of the Holy Spirit to anoint us each day so that we can live out a lifestyle of Christlikeness to prepare for the returning of the King!

Dear Holy Spirit,
Anoint each one of us that we can live in the lifestyle of our King, our Lord Jesus Christ that we will be richly blessed. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
