What do you think if you got the cel. no. of God and can call Him 24 hours a day and He always pick up His cel. and answer? You must think that it is nonsense! Wow, even if you call your children they may not always pick up your call, right?
That's the difference between God and human beings. God is always faithful and always pick up the call. It's just we don't call or we do not know how to call! When you call and you insist on talking nonsense for hours what would the other party on the line do? Listen, listen, listen!
God told Jeremiah what was going to happen to the Jews and also telling them what is going to come in hundreds and thousands of year time when Jerusalem will be restored. It's been 2,600 years after Jeremiah's time and Jerusalem has not been restored yet but there will be a day as describe in the Revelation.
So, call Him anytime and He is going to answer. But first, you need to re-establish your new loving relationship with Him so that you are willing to listen and not insisting on telling Him all those He already knows! Listen, listen, listen and obey!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to know that you always listen to our call and teach us to listen to you and lead us to be able to obey your call. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
