The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,100 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,100 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Bible Study
This chapter is about a question the Jews wanted to ask about fasting. God's law called for only one day of fasting each year in the Day of Atonement. By the time that Zechariah prophesied in this chapter the Jews had added a fast in the fifth month to commemorate the destruction of the temple by Nebuchadnezzar's Babylonian armies (2 Ki 25: 8-9). Not that the temple was being rebuilt (518 B.C.), they wanted to know if they had to continue observing that day.
God's message was that they were not fasting in the right way, the proper attitude or motives. They simply were going through a formal routine that was void of any real hunger and thirst for God and desire to accomplish his purposes. And, they did not pay attention to prophets and to respond by sincerely fasting and praying for God's help so they could live in a way that pleased him and benefited others, including promoting justice and showing mercy.
Their hearts were as hard as flint and did not listen to the law or the prophets. Flint was one of the hardest substances known in Old Testament times (Jer 17:1; Eze 3:8-9). They just stubbornly refused to obey to God and his prophets. When judgment came, it was too late to repent.
How soft is your heart to listen and obey to our Lord?
My Spiritual Journal
What I got from Jesus today is: Was it really for me that you fasted?
What I received from Jesus today is a challenge to our fasting(if we have any). I am shock that the messages of my two blogs today is so complimenting to each others.
God wants our fasting is really for Him and not other purposes!
Just as N.T. Wright says fasting get ourself to be in tune with God.

This must be from Jesus to invite you to start your fasting to repent from your sins, be more closer to him and to be in tune with him and with the others.
How soft is your heart?
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to start to fast for you and not other purposes so that we can be in tune with you. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
