The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,100 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,100 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

Bible Study

Chapter 2 consists of part of the second oracle(1:6-2:9), then the third oracle(2:10-16) and part of the fourth oracle(2:17-3:6).

 This chapter starts with the remaining part of the second oracle points out that one of the priests' role was to pronounce God's blessing on the people; but because the priests had corrupted the ministry God entrusted to them, their blessings had become useless curses.  They did not honor God by proclaiming his message, and they disgraced his name by failing to maintain a godly lifestyle.  Because of this, God would disgrace them and curse their ministry.

 The third oracle consists of the message that God rebuked the people for breaking the covenant God had established with their ancestor. And the fourth oracle reminded Israel of the certainty of God's judgment for defying, disregarding and breaking their covenant with God.

 Same things are happening now all over the world. How can this warning helps us not to follow the same pattern the Israel had? How can we be truly faithful to our loving God and to live a holy life honoring his holy name?

My Spiritual Journal

What I got from Jesus today is: Guard yourself in your spirit!


What I received from Jesus today is a clue not following the same pattern the Israel had. How can we guard ourselves in our spirit? 

 I think of those fire alarm and security alarm. We just moved into a townhouse three months ago and the fire alarm is so sensitive. Even toasting bread can cause the alarm sounds so loud with a clear voice: fire, fire, fire!

 Well, quite a number of people set set security alarm when we go out or go to bed and we all have fire alarm. But, we do not know how to set spiritual alarm. We do not know how to guard our spirit. I think the only way to guard our spirit is to ask the Holy Spirit to guard for us. I mean everyday! He will surely give you warning long before you do something God does not want you to. The problem is, even if we have the warning of the Holy Spirit, usually we disarm the warning from the Holy Spirit and we do it anyway because of our weaknesses!

 So, guard yourself in your spirit with the help of the Holy Spirit! 
That's the only way!

Dear Holy Spirit,
Help us to be able to allow you to give us warning before we do foolish things against God's standard. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
