"Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their forefathers?" Numbers 11: 12
What Jesus told me today are three things:
1. Never quit
If you are a leader, then you should know that it is not easy to take care of those babies. Don't get discouraged like Moses! Cheer up and admit that you have no way to take care of those babies. You need to ask the Holy Spirit to fill you, pour down His anointing to you so that you can help them to grow up.
If you are one of those babies, you really need to grow up, for the Deceiver is using you to discourage your leader(s). Do not let him use you to destroy the faith of a disciple of Christ.
2. Spirit-filled leaders
Moses had 70 elders but they just could do various duties of administration. Only if they were filled by the Holy Spirit could they really help Moses. So you need to pray for your leaders daily that they can be filled by the Holy Spirit.
3. God provides
If you do #1 and #2, then you will experience God's miraculous provision.
Dear Holy Spirit,
Come and anoint our leaders that we can experience your mighty and miraculous provision . In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
My son, Ignatius, completed his three weeks mission in Ethiopia a few days ago.We are so joyful to welcome him home and know that he experienced God mightily in that three weeks. His one word of experience is "JOY"! Please click this link to read his wonderful sharing:http://21ethiopiandays.wordpress.com/
