"He must purify himself with the water on the third day and on the seventh day; then he will be clean." Numbers 19: 12
This chapter tells us the importance of clean and the curse of unclean. God at that time asked Moses to tell His people doing this and that which would be clean. Not doing this and that would be considered unclean.
What about now? Do you know whether you are clean or not? The answer is "No"! We as human beings have no way to know our sins. It is the job of the Holy Spirit:
Jesus says, "When the Holy Spirit comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness..." John 16: 8
We need to ask the Holy Spirit to reveal our sins daily in order that we are clean daily. If we don't, we'll be more unclean than not taking a physical bath. Some Christians have not taken this kind of spiritual bath for quite some years. Too smelly!
Please click the "Subject Shifting Daily Devotion Method" to take a daily bath so that you can be clean.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Shine on me so that I can be able to see and confess my sins that I will be cleansed daily. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
