Jesus asked him, "What do you want me to do for you?"
"Lord, I want to see," he replied. Luke 18:41

Lord, I want to see!

Lord, the Pharisee could not see how sinful he was but thought that he was righteous. Your disciples didn’t see you receiving children to come to you. The rich ruler didn’t see that his Lord is true wealth but he turned down your invitation. Those disciples who led the way rebuked the blind beggar and could not see that you wanted to help the man…

Lord, I want to see!

I want to be like the tax collector to see my sins. I want to be like those children who wants to be close to you. I want to be like the blind beggar to ask for you to open my eyes.

But why we always think that we can see but we are actually blind? Why are there so many blind leaders and Christian, including myself?

Oh, Lord Jesus I want to see! Open my “eye” to see!
