“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. ” Acts 1: 8

When I was reading this chapter, I thought of a recent incident. The power adapter of my computer was out of order last week. I was quite worried, for I couldn’t write my blog without that computer. No power, no blog!

I bought a new power adapter two days later, but because it was not made by the original brand, there are some minor problems when using the cursor. I think that maybe I will need to buy a power adapter made by the original brand, even though it is double the price of the one I had previously bought.

Jesus told His disciples to wait for the power of the Holy Spirit, and they waited. Without that power, they could not do anything. They learned that the hard way, and so they waited.

Have you waited enough until you receive the power of the Holy Spirit to do His Kingdom work? Is that the power adapter of the original brand so that you can get the authentic power source? How do you know?

Come Holy Spirit, I wait for you to pour down your power on me that I can be a witness for Jesus to do His Kingdom work. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We are going to have another phase of 100 days of prayer. We have two weeks time to complete our first time ever 100 days/24 hours Prayer Campaign and I am calling you in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ to fill in your names in the new list below to pray for 100 days more. Many wonderful things have happened in the past 87 days. Can we follow our King, our Shepherd, our Lord Jesus Christ to use an hour’s time to pray for His protection and blessings to my new ministry as the Bishop of ACiC/AI, all our ACiC/AI clergy, leaders and people? Pray that in the Holy and Mighty Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, we can win over Satan's tricks, in order to strengthen our brothers and sisters so that His Kingdom will be extended.
