Today I tried the most scaring thing in my whole life with all 10 bishops and 4 clergy helpers to mountain climbing, mountain repelling and white water rafting. Bishop John Miller toke some photos when Bishop Trevor Walters did the mountain repelling. You can see my pictures on the same spot next Wednesday because they are going to release some official pictures to us then. When I was at the same post as Bishop Trevor I was quite scare but still OK. Then 10 seconds later when I started to use my both legs like the Navel Seal or the SAS downward I got my right foot caught to a rock. I was there for a few minutes, losing all my energy and I felt never so scare. I said to the helper about five feet from me on the edge of the cliff,"Pull me up, I can't move at all." He said,"Oh, you are too far away that I can't do anything now. You have to help yourself to go dooooooown!" I didn't know where I got the strength, should be the prayers of you guys, some of you told me you are going to fast for my trip, I got the strength to pull myself up standing on the rock and slide down. And I did that like a Navel Seal posture! I learn a big lesson today that there is some point in our lives that no body can help you and we have to get through that point of "fear"! Everybody was clapping when I suddenly pulled myself up and slide down smoothly. Tomorrow we'll go to have our five days snow mountain hiking. Sleep in the tents never a lake up in 12,000 ft. as our base camp for four nights. The temperature at night is about -2 C. . Please pray that we have a safe, blessed and fruitful journey.

Bible Study
If your nation is under the most severe attack and going to fall, you are going to be prisoner of war, do you still have the urge to buy a piece of land? No, I don't think so! But, Jeremiah was commanded by God to do so. Why? Because God always wants to give us hope. Yes, sometimes if we are stubborn and unfaithful He is going to pour down destruction on us so that we can return to Him and not turn of back to Him. This is what "discipline" means! But, most Christians do not even know that they are being disciplined so there is nothing to be changed even being disciplined!
Lots of time we mess up with what is a harsh training by a coach to raise us up to another level and what is the destruction from God so that we can return to Him. If you want to know the difference, you need to have a good and loving relationship with Him then you'll know what is what!
So, how are you today?
Do you listen or respond to discipline? Or, do you feel warm, secure, OK and you don't need any change? Who on earth do not need change?
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to know the difference whether we are in training or being disciplined so that we can listen and respond to discipline. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
