While Paul was waiting for Silas and Timothy in Athens, he was greatly distressed to see that the city was full of idols. Acts 17: 16
Today when I read this chapter, Jesus reminded me of the time when I was in Athens last November helping a family to go through a crisis. I was standing in the place where Paul was standing, and I was greatly distressed for I didn’t know what would happen. There were lots and lots of prayers at that time. I still remember we had a 72 hours prayer opening our church day and night for 72 hours. There were more than 150 brothers and sisters who came in our church building to pray. The fruits of prayers are that Elise came out of coma and was healed, I led her father to receive Jesus the first night I was there, Kit and Elise parents , her sister and her RCMP superior were much encouraged and strengthened.
There was not much that Paul could do in Athens but I see lots of prayers and support for Paul, and Silas and Timothy were sent to support Paul. We are facing similar situation nowadays, as day after day people are surrounded by various idols. Some we recognize but most of them we are not even aware of.
We need you to pray so that our eyes can be opened to see. We need you to sign up in our 2nd phase 100 days/24hours prayers that we have strength to fight this spiritual warfare. Can you join us to pray?
Dear Lord Jesus, Open my eyes to see all those idols that I am not able to see that I can remove them from my soul. Help me to focus on you daily that I can be a person of prayer and a minister to your holy Word. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Pray that in the Holy and Mighty Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, we can win over Satan's tricks, in order to strengthen our brothers and sisters so that His Kingdom will be extended.
