Today’s Reading: Romans 3
Please read Romans 3: 1 – 31 and listen to what the Lord Jesus Christ would like to tell you before reading my Spiritual Journal below. If you would like to learn a simple and good way of Daily Devotion method please read my “Count Down 5” from this blog. You may click this link directly for the method: Subject Shifting Devotion.pdf . (You may begin with a song to praise the Lord and complete you devotion by singing another praise song.)

The righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. Romans 3:22-24
My wife Michelle and I looked at each other after reading this chapter as our devotion. She said, “It’s so sad, ‘there is no one righteous, not even one’”. We both had tears in our eyes as we felt the weight of the real situation of humanity.
I just received the completion of the statistic result of a questionnaire I designed from some small groups of a church. This is a growing church and yet there are only 4.6% of their 323 small group members are having daily devotion!
An intimate relationship with Jesus daily is the only way that our lives can be blessed, anointed and glorify God and yet we are unwilling. I guess out of that 4.6% there are some “doing” daily devotion as “duty”, “guilty” or “study” but not as a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus.

Let’s encourage each others to have a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus daily that our lives will not fall short of God’s glory!
